Throughout the year we do pop-ups (please register for the newsletter to receive updates) plus we sell our products on online platforms. days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We offer a no quibble 14 days return back to us guarantee. If the product is in perfect condition and re-sellable, we will be happy to refund your money back to you (tags must be intact and item undamaged.

Personalised items – these cannot be returned under the 14 days no quibble guarantee (unless we have made a mistake then we will like the opportunity to remedy it).  Personalised items cannot be returned otherwise.

Please note that we do not cover return postage and package costs. For this reason, we recommend that when returning your product, you choose the signed for option. We cannot refund your item until we receive it back.

Our range of journals is to be used by children aged from 6 years upwards (a few grandmas have bought for their own use ). Our versatile journals have a wonder guide at the front, so, it depends on the child’s level of literacy. Why not use start the first few days with them? suggest guiding them through the journal activities, so they gain a better understanding of what they need to be doing with your support.

We have found that journaling is a great way to connect with your children and understand them better.
